Our team is jumping into your wedding planning at any stage of the process. No matter how much or how little support you need, we will connect you with amazing vendors, review your contracts, and prepare all wedding details—including floor plans, timelines, vendor information, and setup and breakdown plans. Your wedding day itinerary will be organized, finalized, and clearly communicated to everyone involved.​

THE DAY BEFORE

​We have one final review of your wedding plans and rehearsal practice for your ceremony.
ON YOUR DAY
​
​We support you with full on-site wedding day coordination, which means we are one of the first to arrive and the last to leave. From overseeing floor plan setup, directing vendors, and placing décor to managing guest flow, facilitating transitions, and coordinating every aspect of the timeline, our team ensures everything runs smoothly. At the end of the night, we make sure all items are returned, cleaned, or packed away and placed in their predetermined locations.

From recommendations and referrals to contract reviews, we gather and organize all ceremony logistics, including floor plans, timelines, vendor information, and setup and breakdown plans. Your ceremony itinerary will be organized, finalized, and clearly communicated to everyone involved.​​

Our team delivers complete on-site ceremony coordination, where we are one of the first to arrive and the last to leave. From overseeing chair and aisle setup, directing vendors, and placing décor to managing guest flow and cueing your processional, every detail will be handled with care. Your timeline and post-ceremony plans will be properly coordinated, and all cleanup will be completed prior to departure.
